Gunnison projects consist of some of the most complex and mission critical services at the Census Bureau.  We’ve assisted multiple divisions since 2003 everything from architecting a scalable solution to enhancing its core tabulation system to produce the tabulations. Geographic Update Partnership Software (GUPS) received a Bronze Medal Award from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The Department of Interior awarded Gunnison a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide Enterprise Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM), and Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) Solution – as a “Seamless Customer Support System” (SCSS).

Gunnison is responsible for supporting the Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM) in establishing effective information resource management planning and policies for the Department, as well as protecting the Department’s Information Technology systems and information assets.

Gunnison supports the USDA CEC mission by delivering professional services in the CEC which currently supports over 125,000 USDA customers and over 3,500 Support Staff, in more than 800 Support Groups, through CEC’s current tool – Self-Service. CEC’s historical volume of annual requests moving through the ITSM system from data is: 900,000 Incidents, 180,000 Change Requests, and 150,000 Work Orders. In all CEC processes approximately 1,230,000 requests per year.

Gunnison provides test automation and functional testing for legacy and Next Generation systems for the Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Under a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement, Gunnison provides Cybersecurity and Privacy Support Services (CPSS) for the Department of Education (DoED) Federal Student Aid (FSA) and the DoED Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

The Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Project complements the overall IRS security tool strategy, and provides continuous monitoring, diagnosis, and mitigation capabilities designed to strengthen the security posture of the federal government networks and systems.

Gunnison provides network reliability support services for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a federal law enforcement agency under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
