Gunnison provides network reliability support services for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a federal law enforcement agency under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Gunnison’s network reliability efforts include Architecture and Design Services, Installation and Configuration Services, Technical Integration and Ongoing Support. The services fall under the Enterprise Services Branch in the Office of the Chief Information Officer, and includes the BMC suite of products, including BMC TrueSight, BMC Discovery, BMC Atrium CMDB, and BMC Remedy Single Sign On. Gunnison also provides integration and support of Park Place Technologies’ Entuity software for additional network monitoring and reliability.
