Ed Silva is Chief Strategy Officer for Gunnison Consulting Group where he leads the Company’s strategic planning and execution for market and corporate development. Mr. Silva was the former co-CEO of CENTERPOINT, a cybersecurity services and solutions firm that was acquired by Gunnison in 2022. Mr. Silva is an experienced executive with decades leading client delivery, corporate growth and the implementation of business development strategies. Prior to founding CENTERPOINT, Mr. Silva was Senior Executive for Corporate Business Development for CACI International Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer of IDL Government Solutions.
During his 30-year career, Mr. Silva has developed and implemented growth and operations strategies for a number of companies, and has served as Chair and Vice-Chair for the ACT/IAC Cybersecurity Community of Interest, as well as a Board Member for the Community Foundation of Northern Virginia.

Luke McFadden has over 20 years of business, consulting and technical leadership experience helping Federal clients meet their mission through the implementation of innovative technical and program management solutions. At Gunnison, Luke serves as Senior Vice President of the Homeland and Justice Division (HJD). In this role he oversees financial management, delivery excellence, while providing strategic direction for HJD. He is also passionate about developing staff and creating high performing teams. Luke has managed large P&Ls overseeing a diverse range of customer missions, from large scale implementation to digital transformation. Prior to joining Gunnison, he oversaw the Federal Civilian division at Avantus Federal where he supported programs at the Department of Transportation, Department of Justice, and the Department of Homeland Security. Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree from Providence College. He is an ACT-IAC Fellow and possesses a Scrum Master certification.
