(“Gunnison”), a leader in software development, data analytics, ITSM, and cybersecurity for U.S. Federal Government customers announced today that industry veteran Meaghan Bouchoux Carter has joined the Company’s executive leadership team as Senior Vice President of the Health & Civil Division.

As SVP of Gunnison’s Health & Civil Division, Ms. Carter will lead all aspects of the portfolio’s go-to-market strategy that effectively communicates Gunnison’s value proposition to current and future customers across the Federal healthcare landscape as well as Civilian departments and agencies. She will drive diversification in customer sets, improve efficiency, and target new capabilities to markets that Gunnison currently serves.

Ms. Carter is an established industry veteran having served in senior roles at Blue Canopy (acquired by Jacobs), and ActioNet. She is a Fed100 winner who has delivered full-lifecycle IT services across Civilian agencies including the Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, National Credit Union Administration, National Science Foundation, and the U.S. Treasury. Ms. Carter has a certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of James Madison University’s College of Business.
