Rich has a proven record of successfully scaling technology-enabled solutions companies, driving their operational excellence, financial scalability, and building teams of tech-focused, mission-minded talent. Mr. Sawchak has been the CFO for four highly successful private equity or venture-backed companies, including most recently Carlyle-backed Novetta, which was acquired by Accenture. Rich has completed over 40 M&A and financing transactions during his career and brings exceptional and unique capital markets experience to the Gunnison team.
